A small
spark in a dry field is apt to whip the hill into flames, Joan. A
raging wildfire is likely to be underway by the end of the day. Know
that you are one of the biggest perpetrators of this action, but don't
feel bad about it. Fire may be seen as a thing of destruction, but
know that it is actually quite a necessary part of nature. Clearing
out brush and offering a fresh new place for new growth to flourish is
an important part in the cycle of nature. |
Week
of December 5, 2005 - Release and Relief
You won't feel quite
so tied down and restricted this week, Joan, as things are gradually
looking up. Mercury, your partnership planet, turned direct last week,
so at least you can talk to your nearest and dearest and know that
they understand you. This will be a relief after some of the
conversations you have had recently. Your focus is now on how you can
best express yourself, and any goals that you now want to make
manifest. You still have time to take those first steps, and to access
the energy of the waxing Moon. Go for it. Even better news is that on
Friday Mars turns direct in your job and lifestyle zone, so if you
have been feeling under the weather or lacking in drive and
motivation, then it should all come flooding back to you shortly. This
will also help your search for new love which has been flagging
lately. In all ways you will feel more "with it" and ready for action.
But you've needed a chance to rest and reflect and have learned a lot
in the process. Mercury sextiles Venus on Saturday, so listen to your
instincts where money is concerned as you may pick up an excellent
bargain. |

This page is dedicated to my beloved who has
been showing me another way to love.
The cartoon epitomizes my fond image
of how I like to see men.
The
tarot cards represent the answer I received when I questioned the
oracle. Here's what the oracle told me.
I found the different representations
of the Ace of Cups (bowls, hearts, one of water, etc.) very interesting and
enlightening.
My conclusion from this reading is
that I should lay back and let the seeds that I've planted grow into a
gorgeous, flowering bush of Love.

How do I get to make physical love with my
beloved?
Ace of Cups
This is a charmed moment in
your life. Let yourself appreciate its sweetness.
The card that lands in the Situation position refers to the circumstances
you find yourself in with regard to your concern.
The Ace of Cups in this position shows that you have discovered an
environment permeated with kindness, well-being and support.
There is a
feeling of abundance in the air.
This is a situation in which everyone is capable of looking after each other
in a kind and careful way. Although this situation may be astonishing
compared to what you are used to, embrace it and allow it to nurture you.
This is a sweet, nourishing, lovely environment. Relax and enjoy it while it
prevails.
The suit in
Tarot known as Cups is also referred to as Chalices or Hearts. It represents
the emotional and psychic aspects of life -- fantasy, imagination, feelings,
love.
An Ace of this suit in this position generally shows a hand holding up an
overflowing cup, which gives forth an endless stream of water, wine, blood
or soma for the people's refreshment and healing.
This card represents an unfailing source of balm for body, heart and soul.
It suggests that you can relax into a safety net of love, support and
communion.

May sharing abundance be your role.
Deck:
African Tarot
General Meaning:
Traditionally, representing the energy
of a Queen, this feminine guardian is endowed with enormous good
sense and problem solving energy, but she is not particularly
entrepreneurial. She loves to advise, encourage, and empower those she
gets involved with, studying their problems with them and setting them
up to solve them. Traditionally, she was pictured as the Sibyl or
Oracle, perhaps a Tarot reader, who made herself available to people in
need, no matter what their social class or situation. In modern times,
she will be found educating, healing, managing disaster aid programs or
a charitable drive of some sort.
In every case, she does not see the benefits that exist in her life as
belonging solely to her. She feels the needs of her people and will
spend freely of her time, energy, skills, money to see that nobody is
left out. For this, and because she likes to work in an atmosphere of
beauty, enjoyment and abundance, she is sometimes accused of being
extravagant. But she works hard, and she sees no reason to
deny herself the rewards of a job well done. Everyone who comes in
contact with her feels enriched by her enjoyment in living. |
